What happens to an email address you leave on repostie.com.

Who is responsible

Repostie is an independent business registered in Portugal. Anything on this page, and any request about your data, goes to hello@repostie.com. Registered business details are available on request.

What we keep, and why

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the country your connection comes from (not the address itself), and when you joined. We use them to send you one email when Repostie is ready, and to see where interest is coming from. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to profile you.

The legal basis

Consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your address.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the address, and runs Turnstile, the bot check on the form — for that check it sees your IP address and browser details. Its Turnstile privacy notice covers what it does with them. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK and the EEA under the standard contractual clauses in its data processing addendum. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Until thirty days after the email that tells you Repostie is ready, unless you have become a customer by then. If Repostie never launches, we delete the list. Ask sooner and we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent — write to hello@repostie.com and we answer within a month. If you are in the EU or the UK and unhappy with the answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

None of ours, and no analytics. Turnstile may set one it needs for the bot check; it is not used to track you.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
